This interactive course is comprised of 12 weekly E-Mail based lessons designed for anyone who seeks a little more structure and understanding in their quest for spiritual deepening and growth. It delves into the philosophy and practice behind Eastern holistic healing arts such as Tai Chi, Qigong, Zen and Yoga. The Fundamentals of Zen Yoga is a structured program enabling students to bring positive change into their lives immediately through the exploration and practice of breath, movement, meditation, mindfulness, healthy eating & lifestyle.

The Fundamentals of Zen Yoga Online Correspondence Course allows for personal communication between the student and teacher, this high level of interaction provides tuition that is  adjusted to the needs of each student.

While this course doesn’t take up a lot of time, it does require some reading, writting, active participation, self reflection and contemplation.

Cancellation Policy: Due to the fact that you will receive a home study course, the deposit is non-refundable. If you pay the full amount 50% is refundable prior to the 4th week. After the 4th week the amount paid is not refundable, but may be used toward the Zen Yoga Certification Course within one year.

Each student will be required to submit responses to a series of discussion questions and submit a final Self Mastery Project in order to successfully complete the course.
