The Fundamentals of Zen Yoga Online Course is an opportunity for students and practitioners of yoga, dance, massage, the martial arts or anybody with a desire to broaden their training and live a more fulfilling life by deepening their understanding of the basic principles of personal practice.
This is a fully comprehensive 3 month correspondance course that will cover topics and assignments specifically related to breathing, movement, diet, meditation, energy flow and motivation.
This course is an interactive training program written and developed by Aaron Hoopes. It allows for personal communication between the student and teachers, this high level of interaction provides training that is adjusted to the needs of each student.
While this course doesn’t take up a lot of time, it does require some reading, active participation, introspection and weekly written responses to the topics. Basic computer skills and access to Email and Internet is essential.
A background in yoga is not necessary, but any previous experience in yoga, teaching, dance, martial arts or alternative healing modalities is helpful.
