Zen Yoga Karate-Do
Zen Yoga Karate-Do training combines the mindful serenity of Zen meditation; graceful, flowing movements of Tai Chi; the dynamic breathing of Qigong; and the stretching of Shanti Yoga with traditional Shotokan karate-do. This type of training is a path to discovering the power that exists within you. It is a profound study; rich in physical, metal, spiritual and philosophical purpose.
The class will begin with a short lecture followed by active training. Bring your gi.

He is the author of 4 books and a DVD & CD series.
