Zen Yoga Junior Instructor Online Study Course

 

The Zen Yoga Junior Instructor Online Study Course is a 12-week online correspondence course exploring the fundamental philosophy and practice behind the Eastern holistic healing arts of Tai Chi, Qigong, Zen and Yoga. It is designed for young adults who seek a little more structure and understanding to their lives.

The program delves into the philosophy of breathing and moving and creates a structured practice to enable to the students to bring positive change to their lives. No experience necessary!

This is a highly interactive program, while not requiring a lot of time, it does require some self-reflection and deeper thought in your responses to the lessons.

Completion of this course confers the Zen Yoga Junior Instructor Certification.
