Most people on earth are beginning to notice the effects of the Earth changes. Many of us welcome it, while at the same time adjusting day by day, moment by moment, to the quickening distractions. The Zen Warrior Weekend is an engaging, challenging, and transformational opportunity for growth in body, mind and spirit.

Vershire, Vermont – set on 150 acres of mountain, ledge, and forest

 This weekend is a gathering of warriors, healers, shaman, and sages, sharing our knowledge, understanding and skills with each other.

BRING YOUR OWN SWORD (not required)

What to bring:

[       Tent if you have one – we have a couple of extras so let us know if you don’t have one

[       Sleeping bag/blankets – VT can get a little chilly at night

[       Towel

[       Hiking boots, socks, hat

[       Warm clothes/layers – ditto on the chilly thing

[       Sweats & training clothes

[       shorts/t-shirt or something to wear in the sweatlodge

 

Food:

 We will be doing a limited fast for most of the weekend. This means that we are going to eat to sustain not to fill. For the most part this will consist of some fruit, trail mix and miso soup.

Sunday, after the sweatlodge we will have a special meal of home-made bread, hummus and fruit.

We have plenty of mountain well water.

DIRECTIONS:

From I-91 North in Vermont – Take Exit 14 (Thetford/Chelsea) turn left onto Rte. 113. Travel approx. 14 miles to Vershire Village. Turn right on North Road (dirt road) just before the church on the hill. Travel approximately 1.5 miles to the hill to the white house on the right.

From I-89 South in Vermont - Take exit 7 (Barre/Berlin) go to Barre and turn right on Rte. 302 to E. Barre. Turn right onto Rte. 110 toward Chelsea. Take left onto Rte. 113 in Chelsea to Vershire. Travel approximately 8 miles and turn left on North Road (dirt road) just before the church on the hill. Travel approximately 1.5 miles to the hill to the white house on the right.
