Breathing & Movment for Seniors
This unique class is an active participation activity that provides seniors an opportunity to learn simple skills that can enhance circulation and increase mental clarity. Healthy breathing and gentle movement exercises are a vital part of life. This class provides a simple and easy way to gain the benefits without stress on the body. The class is available to anyone regardless of age, fitness or health level.
Each class includes the
- Practice of the fundamental principles of proper breathing skills.
- Active participation in basic breathing & moving exercises
The Zen Yoga for Seniors Workshop runs approximately one hour.
